Here's a Moving Average Bounce Scan for the Market Scanner or the System Builder. I originally stumbled onto this at the Profitsource Knowledge Base or Monthly Newsletter. Oscar Lee was the one who introduced the basics and I've tweaked it from there. It should work for any type of Moving Average or Indicator as long as the criteria is set right. Just make sure to determine what you actually want the system to do on paper, before trying it in the builder or scanner.
